The HALO Learning Center – Jefferson City, Missouri

HALO provides art therapy and educational workshops for at-risk and foster children in and around the Jefferson City area.  The Center provides a variety of workshops organized by HALO Ambassadors to enhance self-confidence and self-expression, encourage development of skills, and help HALO kids set achievable positive future goals.
