HALO has put together two FUNdraisers for schools, colleges, and youth groups of any kind.   It’s a great way to help others while having fun and raising awareness about helping children in need.

Host your own Dance For Change! Dance For Change is a dance-a-thon fundraiser that encourages “youth helping kids” and supporting HALO. Watch the Dance For Change video now. The children in the orphanages HALO supports are known for their fun-loving spirits. Anyone who visits the homes gets a warm greeting with a dance performance. HALO will bring this spirit to your organization. The HALO Dance for Change event is an unforgettable evening where HALO will bring videos from the orphanages around the world while participants dance with each other. It will be a celebration of change in the orphans’ lives. Change for the better. Teams will raise funds to provide food, water, shelter, clothing, education, art therapy and caretakers for the children. They will then celebrate team efforts at a fun-filled evening of five hours of straight dancing. Let the dance challenge begin!

Change for the World

Kids of all ages have participated in organizing and helping out with fundraisers. In fact, HALO started with a group of kids who wanted to make a difference. Schools and groups have planned events such as races, change jar collections, bake sales, and art supply drives. Whether you raise $10 or $10,000, every dollar will make a difference in the life of someone who needs it. Raising money isn’t the only way to help. Talking to others, including friends and family, can help raise awareness and support for the children HALO helps. Other goods and services donated can make a big difference as well. The possibilities are endless. All it takes is you!
