The HALO Foundation, the American Taekwondo Association, and ARJ Infusion Services is proud to present our third annual Boardbreakathon!
At the Boardbreakathon in 2005, together we raised $40,000 to help children worldwide.
Orphans supported by HALO are provided food, water, shelter, clothing, education, and art therapy.
HALO works with orphanages in Mexico, India, Cambodia, Vietnam, Africa, and Nicaragua.
Our annual Boardbreakathon is a chance for martial arts students to participate in fundraising for The HALO Foundation.
Participants set a board breaking goal for themselves, little ones breaking 3 boards, and adults breaking well over 60!
Participants also set a fundraising goal, and each taekwondo school sets an overall goal. Everyone works together to meet that goal.
Parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors band together to raise money that gives opportunities to kids around the world.
Because of money raised at the Boardbreakathon, we are able to send kids to school, feed them, and give them beds to sleep on.
We are making a difference in the lives of children.

Please come to the event on December 9th at the Hyatt Crown Center Exhibit Hall, 2345 McGee Street in Downtown Kansas City, MO 64108.
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
There will be many activities during the day, such as 2 bounce houses, sumo wresting suits provided by Funtimes in Shawnee Mission, art tables, spectator board break, and more! T-shirts will be available at the event for $12, 2 for $20.

1:30 Prizes (We have Sea World tickets again this year and NASCAR tickets, autographed prizes from ATA World Headquarters, and many other prizes!)
